Can I make song requests?

Absolutely! We encourage song requests ahead of your event. Our DJs intuitively respond to the crowd, fitting spontaneous requests into the set where possible. During our pre-event consultation, we'll discuss your musical preferences and any special tracks you'd like included. We respect your preferences regarding genre and specific songs, ensuring a custom experience for you and your guests.

Do you offer custom packages?

Yes, we're happy to create a custom package tailored to your unique event needs. We offer three scalable package options for private events as a starting point. If these don't fit your budget or requirements, we’re happy to make adjustments. Contact us to start your consultation.

What is your payment process?

Once event details are confirmed, a 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking. The remaining 80% is due one working day before your event. Payments are made via bank transfer upon receiving your invoice.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand life can get in the way of the groove! If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements. In case of cancellation due to exceptional circumstances, we may waive the non-refundable retainer at our discretion. For rescheduled events, we'll endeavour to keep the same DJ or provide an equivalent replacement.
